Payment / Project Delivery: Payment will be made when the project is edited and completed. You will receive a notice via email or text message upon project completion, that is when payment is due. Payment options include: Check, Venmo, Invoice, or credit/debit card online. If you pay with a credit card online  you will receive a payment code when the project is complete. You can go to our website and click on “make payment” at the bottom of the page. This will take you to our payment page where you can enter in your payment code and continue to make the payment. Once Kelsick Photography has received payment you will receive a link where you can download the photos and/or videos. Your Project will be available to download for two weeks after project completion. After the two weeks the link will expire. If for any reason you need your photos and videos after the two weeks please reach out to us and we will be happy to send them again. 

 

Rescheduling/Cancelation: Kelsick Photography does not charge

cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not

ready. We know that things happen. However, please notify us up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you would like to reschedule or cancel. We do however, charge 75% of the original booking price for reshoots if you request one due to the home not being ready and our photographer have already completed a project.

 

Copyright Notice: Kelsick Photography, LLC is the copyright holder of any

image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any

other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be

obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more

details.

 

Photo Rights and Usage: The original agent or person who paid for this service has

permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of

advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement

is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot

be reused without specific written permission. 

 

Here at Kelsick Photography our goal is to take incredible photos that will sell your listings as fast as possible. One of the best ways for us to help you sell more listings quicker is to take photos of a clean home. Cleanliness goes a long way when potential buyers and buyers agents are looking for a new home.

 

It is our expectation that when our photographers show up to a property the listing agent has already been there and that the property is ready to have photos taken. We photograph and take videos of properties as they are when we show up. We will of course move small things out of the way and do our very best to create the best images possible. 

 

As stated before, it is our expectation that when a photoshoot is scheduled the property will be “photoshoot ready”. If our photographers show up and the home isn't in the best condition it is assumed that the listing agent is aware of the property's condition and is okay with it, our photographer will proceed to take photos of the property as it is. It is important to note that we do charge a 75% of the original cost reshoot fee. We are very understanding and in most cases can work something out if the photos themselves are not of good quality.

Images cannot be sold to another agent or person who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
